What line cooks and chefs do in simulation.
We build the task in simulation. You show how it is done, correct the robot where it goes wrong and set what counts as done right. Robotics teams train their own models on the result.
Demonstrate
Show the steps of a prep or plating task the way you would on the line.
Correct robot mistakes
Review robot attempts, call out what is underdone, overdone or sloppy, and show the fix.
Set the criteria
Define what done looks like for each task: doneness cues, portions and plating standards.

Can line cooks and chefs make money training AI?
Yes. This role pays $40–55/hr, depending on experience, for part-time project work on a computer. You judge doneness and plating in food-prep tasks in simulation. Scope, hours and payment terms are agreed before each project starts.
Can I do this alongside kitchen shifts?
Yes. The work is part-time and happens on a computer. You tell us how many hours a week you can give when you apply.
Will robots replace cooks?
Not any time soon. A kitchen is fast, messy and changes every service, and robots are a long way from handling that. They are learning single tasks first, and what they learn is shaped by whoever teaches them.
Do I need robotics or coding experience?
No. Each project gives you the instructions and controls for the task. We need your knowledge of the work.
How do I apply?
Fill in the application. It takes about 5 minutes and asks about your experience, your hours and one mistake a beginner makes in your work that you would spot right away. When a project needs your expertise, we reach out.
