The work

What nurses do in simulation.

We build the task in simulation. You show how it is done, correct the robot where it goes wrong and set what counts as done right. Robotics teams train their own models on the result.

01

Demonstrate

Walk through a bedside task such as repositioning, a supply run or setting up a room, in the order you would do it.

02

Correct robot mistakes

Review robot attempts and flag what is unsafe or uncomfortable for the patient, such as the wrong grip, too much speed or a missed line or drain.

03

Set the criteria

Define the safety checks for each task and what counts as done right for the patient and the care team.

  • Active, unrestricted RN license
  • Based in the US
  • Able to explain the steps, checks and common mistakes in your work
  • No robotics, simulation or coding background needed

Can nurses make money training AI?

Yes. This role pays $75–100/hr, depending on experience, for part-time project work on a computer. You define safe patient-handling steps and review robot assists in simulation. Scope, hours and payment terms are agreed before each project starts.

Is there remote work for nurses that uses clinical judgement?

Yes, this is one. You apply what you know about patient safety and handling, from a computer. Timing and equipment depend on the project and are set out before it starts.

Will robots replace nurses?

No. Nursing is assessment, judgement and care, and robots do none of that. They are being built to take on fetching, lifting and setup, and nurses should decide how that is done safely.

Can I keep my hospital job?

Yes. The work is part-time and fits around shifts. You tell us how many hours a week you can give when you apply.

Do I need robotics or coding experience?

No. Each project gives you the instructions and controls for the task. We need your knowledge of the work.

How do I apply?

Fill in the application. It takes about 5 minutes and asks about your experience, your hours and one mistake a beginner makes in your work that you would spot right away. When a project needs your expertise, we reach out.
