What pharmacy technicians do in simulation.
We build the task in simulation. You show how it is done, correct the robot where it goes wrong and set what counts as done right. Robotics teams train their own models on the result.
Demonstrate
Show the steps of a fill or compounding task in order, including the checks you make along the way.
Correct robot mistakes
Review robot runs and flag errors such as the wrong vial, a skipped verification or a break in sterile technique.
Set the criteria
Define the checks for each task and what counts as a failed or unsafe run.

Can pharmacy technicians make money training AI?
Yes. This role pays $40–55/hr, depending on experience, for part-time project work on a computer. You define dispensing and compounding steps and review robot runs in simulation. Scope, hours and payment terms are agreed before each project starts.
Are there remote jobs for pharmacy techs?
Filling and compounding aren't remote, but this is. Most contributions happen on a computer. Timing and equipment depend on the project and are set out before it starts.
Will robots replace pharmacy technicians?
Automation already counts pills in many pharmacies. Verification, compounding and catching mistakes still depend on trained people, and robots learn those checks from them.
Do I need robotics or coding experience?
No. Each project gives you the instructions and controls for the task. We need your knowledge of the work.
How do I apply?
Fill in the application. It takes about 5 minutes and asks about your experience, your hours and one mistake a beginner makes in your work that you would spot right away. When a project needs your expertise, we reach out.
