What warehouse leads do in simulation.
We build the task in simulation. You show how it is done, correct the robot where it goes wrong and set what counts as done right. Robotics teams train their own models on the result.
Demonstrate
Show how an item should be picked, oriented and packed, using the controls provided.
Correct robot mistakes
Pick up where a robot packed or handled something wrong, and show how you would do it.
Set the criteria
Define what a good pack looks like: fit, protection and how the load sits.

Can warehouse leads make money training AI?
Yes. This role pays $35–45/hr, depending on experience, for part-time project work on a computer. You correct robot packing and handling mistakes in simulation. Scope, hours and payment terms are agreed before each project starts.
Are there remote warehouse jobs?
Floor work isn't remote, but this is. Most contributions happen on a computer. Timing and equipment depend on the project and are set out before it starts.
Will robots replace warehouse workers?
Robots already move and pick in some large warehouses. Handling the full variety of real items is still hard for them, which is why they need people who know how it should be done. What they learn is shaped by whoever teaches them.
Do I need robotics or coding experience?
No. Each project gives you the instructions and controls for the task. We need your knowledge of the work.
How do I apply?
Fill in the application. It takes about 5 minutes and asks about your experience, your hours and one mistake a beginner makes in your work that you would spot right away. When a project needs your expertise, we reach out.
