What housekeepers do in simulation.
We build the task in simulation. You show how it is done, correct the robot where it goes wrong and set what counts as done right. Robotics teams train their own models on the result.
Demonstrate
Show how you fold an item, make a bed or reset a room, in the order you would do it.
Correct robot mistakes
Pick up where a robot left a fold uneven, a corner loose or an item out of place, and show how you would finish it.
Set the criteria
Define what a finished fold, bed or room looks like to your standard.
What we ask for.
- 3 or more years in hotel, hospital or residential housekeeping, ideally as a supervisor or inspector
- Based in the US
- Able to explain the steps, checks and common mistakes in your work

Can housekeepers make money training AI?
Yes. This role pays $35–45/hr, depending on experience, for part-time project work on a computer. You demonstrate folding, bed-making and room-reset tasks, and correct robot attempts in simulation. Scope, hours and payment terms are agreed before each project starts.
Are there remote jobs for housekeepers?
Cleaning rooms isn't remote, but this is. Most contributions happen on a computer. Timing and equipment depend on the project and are set out before it starts.
Will robots replace housekeepers?
Not any time soon. Folding a towel is still hard for a robot, and a full room is much harder. They are learning single tasks first, and what they learn is shaped by whoever teaches them.
Do I need robotics or coding experience?
No. Each project gives you the instructions and controls for the task. We need your knowledge of the work.
How do I apply?
Fill in the application. It takes about 5 minutes and asks about your experience, your hours and one mistake a beginner makes in your work that you would spot right away. When a project needs your expertise, we reach out.
