The work

What HVAC technicians do in simulation.

We build the task in simulation. You show how it is done, correct the robot where it goes wrong and set what counts as done right. Robotics teams train their own models on the result.

01

Demonstrate

Show the steps of a service task such as a filter, motor or coil job, with the checks you would make.

02

Correct robot mistakes

Review robot attempts and flag mistakes such as a skipped disconnect, the wrong part orientation or a damaged fin or line.

03

Set the criteria

Define what a completed service looks like and what should stop the job.

Can HVAC technicians make money training AI?

Yes. This role pays $55–75/hr, depending on experience, for part-time project work on a computer. You demonstrate service steps on HVAC equipment and correct robot attempts in simulation. Scope, hours and payment terms are agreed before each project starts.

Is there remote work for HVAC techs?

Service calls aren't remote, but this is. Most contributions happen on a computer. Timing and equipment depend on the project and are set out before it starts.

Will robots replace HVAC technicians?

Not any time soon. Every building is different and most jobs start with a diagnosis. Robots are learning narrow, repeatable steps, and what they learn is shaped by whoever teaches them.

Do I need robotics or coding experience?

No. Each project gives you the instructions and controls for the task. We need your knowledge of the work.

How do I apply?

Fill in the application. It takes about 5 minutes and asks about your experience, your hours and one mistake a beginner makes in your work that you would spot right away. When a project needs your expertise, we reach out.
